In 2005 Paulina Bartos from Bialogard, Poland met Sion Edwards from St Asaph, Wales in a field of lettuce.

Out of the lettuce, love blossomed and marriage, children and a shared passion for traditional distilling followed.

Our experience in distilling and creating spirits spans 10 years.  Paula even has an MEng a part of which was distilling.  Our passion to create and continue the fine traditions of distilling drives us to strive for the very best in spirits..........
